We are looking for a **Customer Support Specialist** to deliver high levels of customer service to help content creators from all over the world through email and online chat. You'll become a master of the Artlist and Artgrid products, music and film licensing, web troubleshooting and more. We're a leader in creative tech and you'll also need to use your own creativity to offer solutions. You'll be engaging and a great communicator to collaborate with A&R, Music, Creative, Footage and other departments within the company.
**Requirements**
* Previous experience working in a customer orientated environment, such as customer services, retail or hospitality.
* You'll be pro-active and well organised
* A team player who has the ability to build strong effective relationships with our users and stakeholders
* Be proactive and demonstrate great ownership and problem-solving skills
* Computer savvy (If you have experience with Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve and/or Final Cut, even better!)
* You will need excellent listening, communication skills and be super engaging and friendly
* Some support needs will also require you to demonstrate empathy when resolving concerns
* Individuals who are available to work Tuesday to Saturday
* An interest in video content creation would be a bonus.
