* Serving as initial point of contact for assigned TAFS clients, delivering an ongoing, unparalleled customer experience to TAFS clients through good rapport and communication
* Ensuring an ongoing high standard of customer service with clients
* Delivering consistent communication and diplomacy when interacting with clients
* Educating clients on proper use of TAFS tools and standard funding procedures
* Resolving or escalating all client issues or concerns on a timely basis
