It is the primary responsibility of the Pit Clerk to assist the Table Games Department by completing tasks that assist and effect the operations of the games. This includes entering customer ratings, table fill and credit requests, marker requests, and closing table inventories into the computerized table games system. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

  • Obtain ID s from Floor Supervisors and enroll/update customers in Players Club
  • Print Player Club cards
  • Enter customer ratings in credit/marketing system
  • Verify customer credit to Floor supervisors and issue markers
  • Verify signatures on markers to scanned version
  • Secure and redeem markers
  • Perform table balance to verify that all markers are posted correctly
  • Monitor and verify cash transactions in the Title 31 system
  • Enter table fills, table credits and comps
  • Enter end of shift table figures for win/loss


  • Minimum of six months of data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of 10-key machine
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Registration
  • Professional appearance and demeanor


  • Three or more years data entry experience
  • Two or more years casino/hotel gaming experience
