A day in the life of This is a hybrid remote-based opportunity through to January 2022 when our offices are slated to reopen, at which time this position will be expected to work in-house Monday through Friday, 8:30A - 5:00P. Your typical day will be sitting at the front desk, greeting visitors and employees, answering and forwarding incoming calls and being responsible for general office duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Front desk and multi-phone line coverage Document scanning and indexing General office suite duties Mailroom coverage Inventory and restocking of building/office and related supplies and related materials Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 3 years of general office and front desk/telephone experience MUST have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent MS Office skills Great customer service skills Organized, responsible and personable candidates only please If you would like to put your experience to great use in a professional team-oriented environment, please apply online.
