**Position Summary**
We currently seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to manage all customer related, inquiries, returns and claims. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to create an exceptional brand experience for our B2C customers. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
**Responsibilities**
Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
Perform routine order tracking through our systems to ensure correct processing and shipping
of customer orders and communicate with our distribution center to locate any missing orders.
Process and track customer returns and claims
Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of
their orders
Become an expert on our product
Any additional tasks or duties as assigned
**Required Skills**
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Shopify experience would be helpful
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Experience in startup eCommerce environment a plus
Stellar written and verbal communication skills you arent afraid to
hop on the phone, write an email, or send a chat to help a
customer
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit! Youre ready to jump in no
job is too big or too small
Bright, positive attitude
Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and
work within a fast paced environment
High level of professionalism
Strong problem solving abilities
