Title Logistics Customer Service Coordinator Description Our client based in Kent who are a global supplier of ingredients and flavours is seeking and experienced Logistics Customer Service Coordinator. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within Shipping and Logistics and predominatly with Exports within the EU. Other duties and responsibilities:
Logistics:
- Booking transport with a number of couriers and hauliers
- Sending loading instructions to hauliers
- Working with warehouse to ensure loading requirements are processed correctly
- Obtaining PODs from hauliers and couriers when required
- Tracking shipments as and when required
- Advising hauliers of any pallet weight or quantity changes
Will also be despatching relevant paperwork from internal and external warehouse and also depatching relevant paperwork from ERP system. Producing relevant documentation using external bodies and preparing the paperwork for the Warehouse. Other duties will include:
* Working with the Production team to ensure customer oredres are produced.
* working with the Quality team to ensure produced stock can be released in time.
* Working with the techincal team to ensure all the information in the system is correct
* Working with the Warehouse team to ensure all customer requirements are met.
* Working with the Finance team to ensure all prices are up to date for order processing.
