WHAT YOU DO
You will manage the restaurant while overseeing the broader hotel operations (i.e. Room Service, Lobby Bar and Concierge Lounge). You will complete the administrative tasks necessary to ensure youre staffed and ready for our guests, but your role is so much more. There are days when you will hop in to help out a server, run food, bus a table when the restaurant is busy. Other times, you will be truly managing, ensuring the operations run smoothly and all members of your team have the support and help they need.
