What Youll Be Doing The Role: Provide leadership and management for the ISC department Manage the quality and capacity of appointments set for the Outside Sales Team Maintain an effective day to appointment issued rate Recruit, train and hire Inside Sales Representatives Live coaching and training in the moment Territory maintenance through forecasting the Calendar Actively train and develop new leaders within the ISC Coordinate training programs with the Supervisors Accurately complete necessary administrative duties i.e. payroll, attendance tracking/time off requests Routinely update all necessary functions within EnabledPlus Implement and maintain an effective training program Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers Act as Manager on Duty in times that manager in not present specifically in the evenings and weekends Whats In It For You The Benefits: Eligible for monthly bonus Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match and more! Paid time off Paid holidays Room for advancement Requirements: What Youll Bring The Person Previous call center supervisory or managerial experience 2-years of call center / customer service supervisory or managerial experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Inside Sales experience Effective problem solving skills Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment Excellent training and coaching skills Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to work evenings and weekends This is a non-remote position - must be able to work in the office Additional Information 68,000 annually plus bonus Location Description We are located at: 7433 5th Avenue S Seattle, WA 98108 This employer participates in E-Verify.
