CYS Group, Inc. is looking to grow our Customer Experience Team with energetic, friendly, and customer-focused team members. If you are looking to put your excellent customer service skills to use and focus on superior customer engagement, CYS Group, Inc. has the perfect position for you.
As a Customer Experience Representative you will place outbound calls to clients or prospective clients, answer inbound calls for general inquiries or booking requests, book photography sessions and viewing appointments, all while providing an overall positive customer experience during each interaction. Additional responsibilities may include updating and maintaining client profiles and information.
Qualifications:
* at least one year of customer service experience in a corporate office setting
* strong interpersonal skills
* analytical and intuitive skills
* the ability to follow logic and make appropriate decisions for a sound and appropriate solution
* strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* strong oral and written communication skills
* strong sense of professionalism
* active listening skills
* availability to work occasional Saturdays
