- Daily Responsibilities

* Print and review past due and current day backlog

* Oversee Customer Status Updates and AM/PM Production Update.

* Expedite/Communicate Customers adjustment, and priority orders

* Update/maintain/insert orders into Kiwi schedule

* Update AM/PM Production Meeting Minutes

* AM/PM- Attend AM/PM Production Meeting

* AM/PM- Check in returned product requesting credit

* Monitor deliveries, update customers as needed

* Volume Customer review, pull back review/communication

- Weekly Responsibilities

* Thursday AM/PM- Weekend receiving request.

* Attend Weekend commitment review meeting

- Ongoing Responsibilities

* Monitor CS email during your scheduled email time.

* Make sure any emails just sent to you are replied to in a timely manner.

* Oversee all customer contact (make sure we are not over or under sharing information)

* Create and maintain Customer Service weekday and weekend schedule

* Ensure all priority items added to AM/PM/PM meeting. CSRs are responsible for adding items, but they need to be reminded from time to time.

* Failed orders- Push failed orders into the system

* Calculate and check all Customer Quotes

* Customer Holiday Hour requests

* Maintain procedures and spreadsheets relevant to the department

* Red Alert notification if finish time is after 7:30 pm

* Communicate trials, new paper, new customers, orders requiring testing

- Physical Requirements

* Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

* Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day.

If an applicants sample fails the initial test, the applicant may, at his or her option, request confirmatory testing at the independent laboratory, which performed the initial screening test. The laboratory shall use the GC/MS test, and the applicant must pay the laboratory for the confirmatory testing before it is performed. If the second test confirms the initial positive result, a Medical Review Officer will determine if a legitimate medical reason exists for the positive test result. If no legitimate medical reason is identified, the applicant will not be employed. If the test is negative for drugs on the confirmatory test, Five Star Sheets, L.L.C. will reimburse the applicant for the cost of confirmatory testing and will consider the applicant eligible for employment.
