Job Description
**We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Gatehouse Security Officer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.**
**You may have worked in a Security Gatehouse before or thinking of gaining experience.**

The role of the Security Officer will be to provide a Security service in the Gatehouse which is located on our client's site in line with the Assignment Instructions and customer requirements.
You will be working **Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2pm**
**This role is based at a Brewery and requires round the clock security supervision.**
What you will bring to the role:
* Delivering the highest levels of customer service
* Engage with customers, clients and vistors
* Staying alert to security issues
* Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site
* Monitor fire, intruder and CCTV alarms
* External and internal patrols
* Booking in and out vehicles, staff and contractors
* Weighing heavy goods vehicles in line for legal travel
* Overseeing fire evacuation processes
* Issuing PPE and identify cards to contractors
* Reporting Health and Saftey incidents
* Provide traffic control and parking restrictions

**Additional Information**
All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards (BS7858).
**Required Skills**
* SIA Licence or willing to attain with our support
* Right to work in the UK.
* Five-year checkable employment history.
* Induction required on site
* UK Driving licence with own transport due to location is advisable
* Must be computer literate
* Punctual and reliable
