We are seeking **Order Selectors** for our **Mid-Day Shift** that are reliable, efficient and prideful.
**Hours**: Shifts are typically 9 hours and Work weeks are Monday - Friday, No Weekends (typically).
**Pay**: Training pay moving into production pay = No Cap
The primary responsibility of an Order Selector is to quickly, efficiently and accurately process package orders while maintaining the quality of the products. Order Selectors may be required to operate equipment, such as driving a forklift and using power jacks.
* Accurately select orders using voice pick system and slot locations and label pallets correctly.
* Stack product on pallets in a stable configuration, in the correct pattern.
* Correct errors as identified by weight variance.
* Safely operate warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, baler, sweeper/scrubber, electric jack, wrapper, glue gun, and manual pallet jack.
* Participate in nightly clean-up, as well as, general maintenance duties assigned by 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisor.
* Check all product for damages to ensure no damaged product is delivered to the market.
* Potentially load trucks, via forklift
* Ability to handle equipment safely and sensibly, and take responsibility for ensuring the safety of other employees.
* Always adhere to the dress code and be properly attired and groomed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
