Hours : 1 st shift: 7am-3:30p.m
Summary :
Responsible for supervising production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Education :
College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in a production or distribution environment.
Skills :
Working knowledge of all google applications (sheets, docs, slides etc.)
Skilled in math applications.
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
Computer (Windows) Skills.
Results Oriented.
