Internal Account Executive

Our client a leading service solutions company are currently seeking a CSA join their internal team .

You will be responsible for all inbound customer contact and will increase revenue by

identifying new business development opportunities with well-established customers.

Your role will include:

Manage existing client relationships, up-selling services

Taking inbound client communications, either by phone or email,

Maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses with customer base

Works closely with internal departments to improve on service

Able to show empathy to customers

Report on activity and track all sales activity

Attend internal meetings with colleagues to review customer accounts

Investigate, analyse and resolve customer satisfaction complaints

Experience required:

Experience working within customer services or sales environments

Previously cross and up sold services or products

Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone
