**Job Summary**

The Inventory Specialist position supports the parts specialist with inventory control and organization.

**Essential Functions**

* Finalize parts reorganization on new shelving.

* Document parts inventory final locations and quantities.

* Data entry of final locations and cycle counts.

* Assist in shipping and receiving parts orders and stock.

* Professional communication skills both written and verbal.

**Education:**

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

**Experience:**

* Two years experience in a similar industrial/technical position is preferred.

* Basic understanding of HVAC industry or mechanical/electrical terminology a plus.

* Record-keeping (computerized) experience.

* Work requires computer proficiency, and moderate typing speed.

**Physical Skill and Effort**

Work can involve fairly light and simple types of physical exertion. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Working Conditions and Hazards**

Normal office and warehouse conditions. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions or materials.
