Job Details
Full Time Lawn Care Technician. Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. PTO, IRA match, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses. Actual work experience with lawn care industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top quality lawn applications in an efficient manner (no mowing or general landscaping)
- Perform shop work
- Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to meet production goals
- Pass a drug test and background check
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
