Electrical Foreman (Asheville, North Carolina)
Respected and growing electrical contractor with desirable company culture -
$28 to $36 per hour depending on level of experience.
Position Overview:
Well-rounded and capable Electrical Foreman to manage production and personnel and ensure quality installation for their assigned project(s).
Expectations:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate your teams.
- Manage, train, and evaluate personnel.
- Manage material to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
- Communicate with the superintendent or PM regarding production schedule, changes, material, and labor management.
- Coordinate with other trades.
Qualifications:
- Five + years as an electrician with experience managing crews and schedules.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
