PLC TECHNICIAN


Job Details

We are looking for a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC systems within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Install, program, and maintain PLC systems according to engineering specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on PLC equipment.
Document all maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping purposes.
Provide training and support to production staff on PLC operation and troubleshooting procedures.

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Skills:
Proven experience as a PLC Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
Familiarity with PLC hardware and software from various manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PLC Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
Familiarity with PLC hardware and software from various manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
