To be considered to join our team, you must be comfortable on the phone, have a good work ethic, and have strong communication skills. This is not a sales, cold-calling or telemarketing position because our representatives only interact with existing customers, but this position does use a lot of sales skills. You will be the voice of the company to our existing customers. This position is a permanent full-time position with room to grow within the company.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greets customers over the phone or email.

* Engage in conversation to determine the customers needs.

* Identify, research and resolve customer issues or complaints.

* Follow procedures for documenting customer interactions and follow up on tasks when necessary.

* Build a rapport with customers.
