IRT Home Care, a division of the IRT Group is continuing to expand, proving a range of services to people living in their own homes across NSW, QLD and ACT.

A unique opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to contribute to the ongoing success of the Home Care team in Merimbula.

**About the role:**

* Lead, coach and mentor a team of Home Care Employees in the delivery and execution of IRT Home Care services

* Support the Service Coordinator with roster management and adjustments

* Work with IT systems to maintain accurate records and processing of time and attendance

* Monitor all relevant touch points in the customer journey to ensure staff are focused on the target customer experience

* Ensure appropriate and efficient use of employee resources whilst managing the resourcing model that forecasts supply and demand

**To be successful you will have:**

* Tertiary qualifications (post-secondary) e.g. Certificate IV in relevant industry, Aged Care or Disability

* Diploma or higher qualification in Management and Leadership or working towards

* Proven experience and achievements in leading and managing a team

* Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills to accelerate results and build sustainable capability in operations and the ability to apply these skills in people management.

* Proven verbal and written communication skills including experience in writing reports and correspondence

* Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and effective stakeholder liaison skills

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and to work self-directed in line with operational priorities

* Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work with limited direction
