We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Department Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. This position also has the opportunity to turn into a full time position.
In this role, you will assist customers in maintaining their vehicles and scheduling repairs. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. Spends majority of time on inbound and outbound phone calls, following scripts and utilizing multiple computer programs.
Pay is hourly, plus bonuses.

**Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
* Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
* Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
* Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership management
* Utilize BDC tracking system daily

* At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
* Team player attitude

* Must have strong computer skills
