Salary: Admin hourly rate: $18.00 | Job time hourly rate: $32.00-$39.00 based on experience

Driver's license and a clean driving history required.

Compensation Details:

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed.

Shop Manager

We are currently searching for an Crime Scene Cleaning Shop Manager who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service. We are committed to training our technicians for success.

What you'll do:

  • Direct leadership and development of Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Direct job site management and support of the Supervisor(s) and the Technician(s) in various biohazard remediation projects, including suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, and more.
  • Responsible for shop operations, including but not limited to staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
  • Facilitate community outreach to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships.
  • Support Market Manager and Area Manager in daily operations and special projects as needed.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, providing job site biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.


Experience and Skills
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must show a commitment to professional development and continuous learning in biohazard remediation and related fields.
  • Must have completed Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Environmental Science, or a related field; or have similar years of experience.IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership in high-stress scenarios.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
