**WHO YOU ARE**
You will ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public spaces. You will routinely interact with guests and will need to have a positive attitude and demeanor. You play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
* Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
* Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
* Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
* Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
* Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
* Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
* Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible.
* May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

Requirements
**WHAT WE NEED**
**Education -** High school diploma or equivalent
**Experience and/or Training -** Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
This position is indoors and the noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and chemicals.
