Position Overview: The Corporate Counsel: Privacy and Technology will provide legal support and counsel with a focus on inbound technology and commercial transactions, data privacy, and enterprise risk & compliance. This role will work in collaboration with the US legal team, across various business lines and corporate operating functions and will report to the General Counsel.

Experience: 7+ years experience practicing law with focus on corporate transactions, with foundational training at a law firm and additional experience in a corporate environment with direct experience in data privacy matters.

Location: Hybrid with 1 2 days a week in the office in Bethesda required.

Relocation: No, local candidates preferred.

Travel:Less than 10%.

Compensation: Competitive base and bonus, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits.

Bar: Currently licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with ability to qualify for in-house practice in Maryland.
