Completes scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery in a timely manner Collaborates with Operators to diagnose and correct machine issues as needed Diagnoses problems with equipment & repair/replace defective parts Assists with efforts to exceed divisional downtime standards and expectations Assists the plant with afterhours repairs as needed Fabricates as needed Supports & complies with 6S standards Supports & complies with safety & environmental guidelines Qualifications Qualifications Basic math skills Good English language skills Welding skills Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment Hands on manufacturing mechanical experience Strong mechanical knowledge Ability to troubleshoot & solve problems Carpentry skills No fear of heights Basic manufacturing wiring experience Education High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk and communicate Ability to see and hear Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
