Lynx Software Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to report to the Vice President of Engineering.

Responsibilities

To be involved in the design and implementation of security & virtualization enhancements to the LynxSecure Hypervisor and Processor Partitioning System; to extend the Separation Kernel platform to create secure solutions for emerging use cases, utilizing latest virtualization hardware assist technologies from Intel/ARM and Windows/Linux guest OSes.

Requirements

A successful applicant must have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science/EE plus a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux internals, C programming, device drivers and processor architectures are essential
• Strong knowledge of separation kernel architectures and Windows system programming
• Knowledge of low level firmware, QEMU, security concepts is a definite plus
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, as well as good oral and written communication skills
• Strict adherence to development processes as well as attention to detail is essential
• Knowledge of Japanese language & moderate travel to Japan is required
