Job Details

Enter new accounts in Applied Epic. Create Master Certificates of Insurance. Issue PDF version of COI via mail and email, at renewal/new account establishment/upon request by insured. Issue version of Auto ID cards at renewal/new account establishment/upon request of Insured. Review contract requirements and Provide COI s and Id cards to requestor, within a timely manner. Pull policies from carrier websites and save to Sharepoint files. Retrieve Blanket Endorsements from policies and place in Sharepoint files. Request and/or retrieve Endorsements from various sources. Upload certificates to various websites. Retrieve Specific Endorsements from the carrier(s) and work with Account Executive on issuance. Attach form into our agency management system (Applied Epic). Faxes-Distribute incoming faxes accordingly. Occasional Reception relief - i.e., cover lunch Mail - Post mail, open incoming mail, date stamp and distribute to appropriate team. Monitor cancellations on carrier websites and incoming mail then distribute to appropriate team REQUIRMENTS: -Knowledge of Applied EPIC -Experience of 3 or more years supporting insurance sales team required Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: No
