To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities Personnel management on every shift Ensure necessary follow-up on/with employees based on their attendance or other HR work related issues. Ensure on-going training of all employees related to specific job, safety, ISO, SQF, and personnel development Uphold and enforce all policies in Policy Manual Establish a work environment of empowerment, committment, and teamwork Hold shift meetings on a regular basis to ensure high general information level, go through quality issues, ect Ensure the shift is staffed with the appropriate number of employees within the limit of the approved budget Assist in internal training when requested Update and maintain personal knowledge Supervises all shipping activities Enforce critical safety behaviors/ plant safety rules. Qualifications Enforce ISO, GMPS, SQF, & Critical Safety Behaviors Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required Must have exccelent attendance Must be well organized and have proven ability to work independently and with a team Must have leadership experience Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50 pounds periodically) Able to work in a production environment recognizing various sounds and alarms Must be able to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner.
