Role:
Maintain warehouse cycle counts and help with warehouse and inventory issues. Back up for South Bend duties and US Cold.
Responsibilities:
* Send out South Bend product needs for shipping
* Complete the Short Ship Report for the prior shipping day
* Generate and analyze a weekly shelf life of report of all finished goods to ensure proper management of aging and excess stock
* Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products
* Attend to inquiries concerning inventories and products
* Compete daily Inbound and Outbound shipping reports
* Enter Chep on spreadsheet and check A-1 to ensure Chep has been recorded
* Conduct daily cycle counts on inventory at warehouse.
* Help warehouse with any inventory issues
* Print BOL for the warehouse if needed
* Complete allocations for product if needed
* Count staged loads if need
* US Cold tasks for a back up
* Outside warehouse task as back up
* Enter STOs if needed
* Research issues if needed
* May perform other duties as assigned.

* Computer literate Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Lotus
* Problem solving skills
* Strong in math
* Must work well independently as well as with others
* Forklift experience needed
