**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP**
Each day as a Call Center / Customer Service Rep, you spend a majority of your time working closely with customers while booking plumbing appointments for our techs. You are empathetic to clients' needs. Your pride yourself on building solid relationships with our customers. You are attentive to each and every customer, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their care and their plumbing needs are met!
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* Call center experience of 2+ years
* Willing to submit to a background check and drug test
* Capable of sitting for long periods of time
**Experience in the plumbing/electrical/HVAC industry is a plus!**
