**Description**
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to be located at our office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Inventory Coordinators are the link between our vendors and our internal and external customers.
The Inventory Coordinator supports the Inventory Planning team through timely execution of detailed tasks including purchase order execution and maintenance, vendor expediting, wire transfer documentation, liquidation processing, data entry and tactical support for key operational projects.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**
* Support Inventory Planning team with tactical activities related to purchase order maintenance and vendor order expediting
* Proactively communicate with vendors regarding delivery of purchase orders
* Timely set-up and maintenance of substitutions and cross-sell products to satisfy customer demand and enhance the customer experience
* Collect, assemble and collate required wire transfer documentation to ensure timely shipping and payment for imported goods
* Process excess and returns liquidation requests on a timely basis to keep the warehouse and inventory ownership clean
* Work with warehouse operations to resolve open inventory issues related to PO discrepancies, returns, and RTVs
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* College degree preferred
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* PC proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; Microsoft Access preferred
* Strong analytical skills
* Must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
