We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This can be a full-time or part-time position, but office hours are fixed at 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls to different subcontractor companies nationwide
- Provide information about our projects out to bid
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
