Starting Pay - $34.65 - $39.60 & $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Workstyle - Onsite

About this Position:
Perform machine shop; tooling preset and tool regrind activities
Responsibilities include:
- Manual Mill
- Manual Lathe
- Grinding
- Welding
- Miscellaneous handwork
- Manual and CNC regrinding
- Presetting of holders and cutters
- Small tear down and assembly jobs
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum two years of machine shop or cutting tool regrind experience preferred.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desired skills:
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Machine shop or cutting tool preset and regrind experience.
- Ability to use micrometers calipers, etc.
- Troubleshoot and countermeasure manufacturing related issues of low to moderate complexity
- Organization skills
- Effective time management.
- Flexible team player.
- Self-motivation

Additional Position Factors:
- 0-12 hours overtime per week.
- Occasional weekend and holiday work as needed.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term.
- 1-week domestic travel potential per year for training.
- Possible travel with training and new machine installations
- Workstyle: Onsite
