**Shipping Receiving Clerk**
**Summary:** Emergency Radio Service (ERS) is seeking to fill a Shipping and Receiving Position for our Indianapolis location. The shipping and receiving clerk is responsible for both clerical and warehouse duties related to shipping of goods and receiving incoming shipments.
**Essential Functions:**
* Processing shipments using UPS, FedEx and Freight Carriers
* Entering data into our internal CRM software
* Deliver in-house packages
* Responsible for keeping Warehouse clean
* Process, update and organize inventory shelves
* Forklift operation
* Ability to lift 50 lbs
* Assisting in pulling orders
* Learning CRM software to assist in processing of repairs
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent is required in addition to at least two (2+) years of warehouse inventory, record filing and data entry experience
* Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word & Excel
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
* Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Logistics background a plus
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
