Support Pilot Plant and Laboratory staff by managing all aspects of inventory including: ordering staging, shipping and cycle counting inventory. Ability to operate in GMP environment. **Responsibilities**

* Maintain inventory on several key components from Pilot Plant and Process Warehouse

* Stage materials for Pilot Plant production.

* Cycle count inventory on monthly and yearly basis

* Remove and place materials into computer inventory system

* Assist Quality Assurance with shipment preparations.

* Maintain, order and receive general chemicals and consumables for process lab warehouse

* Forklift operation, includes Daily Forklift Inspection

* Maintain a safe work environment

* Clean and organize warehouse

* Assist with processing shipments for all departments by properly boxing and labeling materials based on DOT/IATA requirements.

* Assist with the movement of hazardous waste containers within the laboratories.

* This position works with and handles hazardous materials and waste. This person has the appropriate qualification to read, understand apply and communicate written and verbal instruction regarding handling and managing hazardous wastes. Training is required within six months of assuming duty and once a year thereafter.

* This position is responsible for recognizing emergency situations concerning hazardous materials and wastes.

* Sample chemicals

* Received GMP materials and placement into designated areas

* Complete receiving and sampling documentation

* Order and receive materials into computer inventory system

* Move raw materials into sample room and sample for release

* Maintain raw material log book

* Verify and stage materials for Pilot Plant production.

**Qualifications**

* HS Diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years of previous chemical warehouse and/or shipping experience

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

* Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations

* Excellent teamwork skills

* Forklift training or experience

* HAZWOPER and DOT certified training
