**QC Fresh Graft Inventory Specialist**

**Second Shift Monday - Friday**

Will act as liaison between customer and CTS, communicating exceptions and issues identified from recovery to donor shipment. Monitors inventory to identify fresh grafts that are at hold status. Investigates and resolves to obtain a final release status promptly.

**Required**

Bachelors or better in Biology or related field.

**Experience**

**Required**

Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.

**Preferred**

Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification.

Experience in analyzing process opportunities and developing and implementing strategies for improvement.

Experience in quality control, quality assurance, clinical laboratory, blood/tissue banking, or pharmaceutical/other manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and understanding of GMP requirements and industry standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
