We're interested in individuals with skills in areas such as Operations, Finance, Technical Project Management, and Change Management. *As a Hybrid Mid-Level Project Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
Working with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and consistent completion of business operation activitiesParticipating in and managing various Rhythm of Business workstreamsManaging team communications and portals; developing presentations, including content creation and cross-team orchestrationGathering feedback, sharing actionable insights, and designing new strategies/programs to drive business growthEngaging with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progressSupporting managers and teams to drive business programs and projectsServing as a trusted advisor and thought leaderThis job is for you if:

4+ years of client-facing consulting experienceResidency in Washington State.Comfortable with a Hybrid style work environmentCompelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skillsAdaptability and flexibility in dynamic settingsExperience dealing with ambiguous requests while able to synthesize information into recommendations across a variety of audiencesContinuous learning mindsetExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworksAbility to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organizationYou might also have:
Consulting experience on a Microsoft Account preferredPMP or other project management certificationScrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus$90,000 - $120,000 a month
