**Job Summary ...**

This is a warehouse position. Receives, transfers and ships inventory in and out of our warehouse. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing products and supplies for both customers and CBSS field personnel. Is accountable for inventory accuracy and performs daily cycle counts. This Position reports to CBSS Dallas Traffic Manager.

**Essential Functions ...**

* Follow all safety rules.

* Receive trucks and unload merchandise.

* Stack merchandise on racks.

* Stock warehouse with tools.

* Issue specialized loaner tools to service personnel and track returns.

* Check in merchandise and affix labels.

* Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.

* Fulfill customer orders.

* Move materials off racks and package for shipment.

* Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.

* Record amounts of materials or items received in computer system.

* Carry out tasks as assigned by the Mgr. Service Parts Dept.

* Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.

* Perform daily cycle counts.

* Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the stockroom.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Physical Skill and Effort ...**

* Record-keeping (computerized) experience.

* Work requires computer proficiency, moderate typing speed and a high data input accuracy level.

* Willingness /ability to work overtime and weekends and emergency hours, as needed.

* Must be reliable and responsible, have own reliable transportation; and must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.

* Be able to lift 50 pounds.

**Working Conditions and Hazards ...**

Normal warehouse conditions.

**Do You Qualify ...**

**Education:**

A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

**Experience:**

Two years experience in a similar industrial/technical position is preferred. Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel, required with Great Plains background a plus. Basic understanding of HVAC industry terminology a plus.

**Required**

High School or better.

**Experience**

**Required**

**2 years:** Microsoft Products (Word, excel, email, etc)

**1-3 years:** Knowledge of boiler parts

**Preferred**

**2 years:** HVAC Terminology

**1 year:** Great Plains (GP) or IFS
