**Job Description**
JCS Health Care Services, Inc. currently cares for individuals residing in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon Counties.
Essential Job Functions:
-Provide medication reminders
-Assist Clients with dressing, feeding, bathing, personal hygiene and toileting as needed.
-Prepare meals if needed, clean up afterward, and assist with meal planning.
-Assist with laundry and bed linen changes.
-Perform general housekeeping duties, such as but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, and taking out trash.
-Provide companionship and supervision as needed, such as conversations and games.
-Inform Agency leadership of emerging client problems or needs.
-Accompany client on walks, doctor visits, errands, etc.
-Provide updates on client care plan.
-Comply with all Agency policies and procedures.
**Desired Qualifications**
* Dependable, caring and compassionate person.
* CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) Certification a plus.
* Personal care experience required.
* Criminal background check and drug screen required as a pre-employment condition.
