The incumbent works under the direction of the Destination Services manager who in partnership works with hospital administration, physician leadership, service line leadership, Patient Experience staff, and Outreach program to support the provision of optimal customer service for patient, families, visitors, and primary care and referring providers.Job Essentials

Greet guests in a friendly manner in the PCH Main Lobby

Answer inquires (in-person, calls, email) in a timely and respectful manner

Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions

Ensure the Main Lobby is tidy

Act as a liaison between guests and any necessary departments

Anticipate guest needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience

Provide and maintain accommodation information and lists

Oversee GPS volunteers and maintenance of wheelchairs and wagons

Track inquiries to capture information for data

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience

- and -

Positive demeanor and excellent communication skills

- and -

Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, phones, etc.

- and -

Exemplify strong organization skills and attention to detail

- and -

Competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree

Bi-Lingual

- and -

Familiar with medical terminology

- and -

Hospitality experience

**Physical Requirements:**

Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.

Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
