Location: Presque Isle, ME 04769

Duration: long term

Pay rate $24.29/hr on w2 + mileage

Weekly Schedule: 8-5PM
PART TIME!!!!
HOURS NOT GUARANTEED!!

Driving Required 300-400 miles per week

Job Description:

As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment.

Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.

You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.

Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NClient) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.

Responsibilities:

• PLS Support for calls such as Dell Client
• Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment
• Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script
• May perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:
• Complex desktop and laptop break fix work
• Whole unit replacement
• Simple desktop printer fixes
• Load software with a script
