They are currently seeking to add an experienced Project Superintendent to the team to work within the established culture and guidelines of the company. Minimum requirements:
- A working knowledge of all crafts, along with ability to read and understand specifications for all trades, and experience as a foreman, a project engineer or journeyman in at least one trade
- Knowledge of OSHA laws
- Proficient with job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
- Ability in problem-solving and self-direction
- Computer skills desired
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
Base salary, plus $450 per month car allowance. Medical, dental, vision, and life coverage. Also, a 401k w/match, and project and annual bonuses.
