**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**
* Responsible for loading flooring subcontractors daily with the use of various lift equipment
* Deliver products to jobsites as needed and assist contractors on site as needed
* Various warehouse responsibilities including, but not limited to, pulling merchandise, prepping jobs for installation, keeping dock space clean and organized
* Working with flooring sales representatives to organize and ship flooring samples and displays to corresponding locations
* Responsible for defective product returns, getting samples of defect to claims personnel, handling, tagging, and locating claims to proper locations to await disposition of claim from manufacturers
* Assist Flooring Customer Service with scheduling, calling subcontractors and customers, and taking inbound calls
* Keeping dumpster area clean of debris from contractor use and scheduling dumpster pick up as needed
* Assist in the Invoicing of RC Willey Contracts
* Work directly with contractors to help resolve daily issues on jobsites and involve management when necessary
* Assist Flooring Customer Service with the Estimator Schedule
* Assist Management with the set up and scheduling of vendor installation trainings and PK meetings
* All other duties as assigned

* Prior customer service management experience helpful

* Must have the ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems
