**Call Center Member Service Representative**
**Department:** Member Service Center **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT
**Hours:** 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday w/some Saturdays. Other schedules are available.
**Pay:** $16.50/hr. More possible with experience.
**Location:** In-office. Office located in Salt Lake City.
**The experience you need to succeed:**
* One-year teller experience.
* One to twelve months loan processing experience preferred.
* Be sales and team oriented.
* A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Be proficient with business machinery and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**What youll do:**
* Answer phone calls from members providing accurate information.
* Offers solutions and assist with members financial needs.
* Meeting the metrics of the position.
* Post transaction into members accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handles duties regarding Bill Pay, Online Banking and Visa Cards.
* Sort Credit Union mail.

The person in this position will answer calls from members concerning all aspects of business with the Credit Union as well as post all mailed deposits and payments to members' accounts.
