In addition, we rent Caterpillar and Other Preferred Manufactured Equipment for contractors.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE.

**POSITION SUMMARY**

Responsible for parts inventory for the Earthmoving Division.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Review and place stock orders.

* Sort and distribute daily reports.

* Review status of incoming orders.

* Claim order shortages.

* Manage rebate submission.

* Update inventory data.

* Review order history and approve new inventory.

* Process inventory adjustments.

* Code and approve vendor invoices.

* Review and approve timesheets.

* Create inventory and sales reports.

* Support and back up backorder analyst.

* Review returns reports.

* Manage surplus returns.

* Handle incoming phone calls from internal and external customers.

* Other duties may be assigned.
