Benefits
****What to expect****
****We are a multicultural salon that services all nationalities and hair types!****
You will engage in paid training on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for 4 hours per day.
You will get certified in every hair extension application depending on your position. Such as I-tips, hand-tied wefts, Wigs, frontal, closures, sanitation, and disinfection, etc.
For each completed extension application training will go on your certification.
When you complete one application, you can start working on clients with continued paid training in other applications until you learn all applications.
****Attractive pay and incentives - depending on your position****
Paid training is in a form of a stipend, and you are not as of yet an employee.
Once you complete and get certified in one hair extension application, then you become an employee and will be put on the payroll.
Pay is every 2 weeks and is commissioned
Product sales commissions
Bonuses pay is once a month.

We will provide most materials you will need to perform an installation. You will wear our company logo smock. In addition, you will be given your own company email and customer checkout ID. Managers are provided with a company cell phone.
