**Bullfrog Spas, the nation's fastest growing most innovative hot tub manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Receiving/Warehouse Associate for our Herriman, Utah facility. Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment, and have training or experience in various receiving positions. Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment preferred. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Receives, unpacks, and places materials into stock or issues materials to production line
**Key Functions:**
Follows SOP's
Ensures proper receiving, loading/unloading, storage and fulfillment of parts
Opens and counts boxes and crates of manufacturing materials delivered to line locations or storage areas
Checks delivered items against bills of lading or purchase orders
Sorts, counts, and checks received items
Uses forklift to transport materials to designated aisle and shelf location
Uses radio frequency hand held barcode scanner to enter items into Ipad Inventory system
Forklifts materials to production line and to repair parts shipping department
Cleans and maintains assigned warehouse area
Counts inventory for purchasing department as necessary.
Uses FIFO system to maintain consistent product throughout the factory
Provide continuous improvement ideas and suggestions
**Key Requirements:**
Must be forklift certified, with at least 1 year forklift experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish a Plus
Experience with computer data entry, hand held scanning devices, ipad inventory systems or other inventory related equipment.
Must have mechanical ability and experience with manufacturing equipment
Must have heat, dust, and noise tolerance
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and demands with a high level of accuracy
Must have High School education or equivalent
Must have exposure to 5S, Lean Manufacturing or other related principles
