Job Title: Security Guard - Command Center Operator
Location: Louisville, KY
Environment: High Tech Work Environment
Hourly Pay Rate: $14/hr
Shift & Hours: Full Time Available - Immediately Hiring on All Shifts
*$1000 Hiring Bonus, $500 after 30 days and $500 at 90 days, employee must be in good Standing to be eligible for hiring bonus.
General Job Functions: Work in a fast-pasted, highly technical environment involving frequent phone calls, high use of CCTV equipment, alarm response calls, emergency calls - Camera Operator, Data Entry, Customer Service, Access Control, Badging, Command Center, Security Analyst.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to work specified shifts in a command center/monitoring center environment in order to maintain 24 hours and 7 day a week operations
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with experience or Graduate of a college or university with a bachelors degree
- Successful completion of a personnel risk assessment/background check.
- Ability to complete certification on Physical Access Control System software
- Must have reliable transportation
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement Experience Preferred
