We are seeking **PART-TIME PM PASTRY ASSISTANT** with a positive attitude!
**Qualified Candidates will have:**
* 1+ years of experience as a Pastry Cook/Assistant in a well-rated restaurant
* Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.
* Experience working with seasonal ingredients and a revolving menu
* Ability to work from prep to service seamlessly
* Culinary degree in Baking and/or Pastry Arts preferred
* Part-time PM availability is a MUST!
