**The Role**

Our Restaurant Success team is growing and we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join the team. The central focus for this role is to build relationships with new restaurant partners through the onboarding process, setting all new restaurants up for success with Seated.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated and self-driven with a clear passion for building partnerships. You will have a sense of ownership and pride in your impact on the companys success. Youll be laser-focused on ensuring that our partners have the best experience getting onboarded onto our platform quickly and efficiently.

**What youll do**

* Initiate the build of new restaurant accounts including profile customizations and payment verification

* Conduct onboarding calls ensuring new partners are fully educated on Seated, introducing them to the merchant portal, answering question and gathering information

* Ensure all new sales and recent go-lives are accurately represented in-app

* Manage the relationship of all new partners for the first 30 days, handling all inbound support requests and/or internal support tickets in a timely manner

* Proactively recommend changes to help restaurants bring in new customers and optimize their revenue

* Coordinate with Marketing to ensure restaurants are featured and prominently visible to our members

* Maintain all onboarding data within our CRM and report on the status of accounts accurately

* Identify and implement changes related to the onboarding process

**What youll bring**

* 2+ years work experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role (ideally in SMB space)

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Friendly, authentic, patient, and empathetic

* Self-starter and problem-solver mindset with ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

* Analytical mind with ability to interpret data to answer customer questions

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and bring a serious amount of passion to the company mission and team development

* Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required
